Fitzula's Exceeds Expecations!! I have now ordered from Fitzula's twice. Both orders arrived earlier than expected and also accurate! I am looking forward to visiting the site again, to see if an "out of stock" item has made it back to the shelf (smile)!

Nice item, poor packing. The stuffed unicorn I ordered was as described and lovely. However, it was literally folded into a box nearly half its size. This item is supposed to stand on its own. Folding it into a small box caused a crease in one of the legs and bent the flowers sewn on the body. Luckily I have a few weeks before my granddaughter’s birthday so I can press down the flowers and keep the leg straight. In the future I hope whoever does the packing finds a box more in line with the product. Especially when someone is paying over $75 for a stuffed animal. I’m giving 4 stars because the item is lovely and placing and tracking the order was easy.

I love the story of the company. I look at them as a 'hometown' store and enjoy giving my business to them, even though I am miles away. I HOPE to order more from them SOON.
