GBGreat hats and great customer service. I order a second hat from GermanSteins.com in the same size as my previous purchase. Unfortunately, it was too big. When I called to discuss a replacement, the customer service rep was kind enough to give me free shipping on my replacement hat as well as free shipping on the return. I really like the two hats I've purchased. They are great quality, priced right and they look great. I will definitely buy from GermanSteins.com again.

GBNice hat! I ordered a the "Green Tyrolean Hat with Feather". There were good instructions on how to measure my head to get the right hat size. The hat arrived quickly, was carefully packaged, and is of beautiful quality. The only thing that could be better is more pictures of the product on the website.

GBI ordered my Stein on 4/01/24 and… I ordered my Stein on 4/01/24 and received it 3 days later. Very prompt on deliveries. I've ordered several steins over the past 4 years and have always had great service.
