GBFcuk netflix Our account through sky was stolen and I brought this to netflix attention close to a year ago. Was told by netflix to go through sky and was told by sky to go through netflix. Today netflix FINALLY removed the account that had nothing to do with anyone in this household but was paid for by us through sky. Netflix knew all along it was their responsibility and that I made them aware a long time ago. Netflix even went to the effort to ask google to remove the app from my playstore. Considering legal action.

GBCustomer service excellent Customer service excellent Recently used the phone service to assist my elderly mother to sign in. 1 hour of assistance by a lovely lady called Rachael she had managed to solve the problems and helped us direct an elderly lady through the technical problems. Very impressive service

GBfrack u netflix We've had Netflix for years. Our family shared Netflix but not anymore. Frack YOU NETFLIX....We are deleting our account permanently and going to other streaming platforms. YOU FRACKING SCUMBAGS BROUGHT THIS ON YOURSELF

GBNot apart of the household I pay for streaming services. I also travel for work to my husband and I live most of the time in separate cities/countries. I should not have to pay a whole $7.99 extra for an account I already own. They say use the temporary access code but who wants to use an access code for 4 months out of the year to an account they pay for. Netflix your new idea of charging more is BS you are a multi million dollar company! ACT LIKE IT. Please fix this
