GBI was a customer for six months and had… I was a customer for six months and had no issues. I tried to renew for one year and my money was taken. I used the same website, which ended in tv.tv and have not heard from the company. I have sent emails showing that I have paid. I have accepted the fact that I will not get my crypto back. Everyone beware!!

GBI actually love Apollo Group TV I actually love Apollo Group TV. On my 5th year with them. My cable company was charging me hundreds for basic cable and internet. Streaming services are the only competitors. Yes is buffers, Yes sometimes channels will just stop working - yes it’s frustrating sometimes but there is absolutely nothing available that is remotely better especially for the price. I’ve reached out for help before too and received no reply. They use discord to communicate to their customers. I used to use it. But I don’t like discord at all. That is where I almost got scammed into losing money by an imposter.

CAlive tv rarely works If you want to watch a movie or series usually the service works fine but if watching live tv it seems EVERY minute getting a message cannot access server or continuous buffering. My husband has hearing problems so likes to use subtitles but unable to access them even they show up as available. I have sent messages in the past about problems and have never received a response. I have used this service for over a year but looking elsewhere for another provider.

GBPoor tech support Service overall is ok sometimes it gets stuck and has minor issues, and everytime i go to them for technical support i get the same routine answers doesnt matter the issue. And it never helps anything it's hilarious. Might be time to go elsewhere

GBApollo is the best available I have read over all these complaints from customers of Apollo, and I can only say that you must be with one of the phony apollos. I have used the service for four years and maybe a glitch once in a while, but always just ride it out. Just remember how much you were paying the cable company. Most of the glitches I referred to were resolved in a short time.
