Not very satisfied I was disappointed in my experience. I have dealt with other companies who offer free returns for what they consider unacceptable merchandise and to have to pay to return DVD's that aren't worth the shipping fees is kind of ridiculous. I will not use this company again. They did email me about a few things they found unacceptable, however all of what I sent was in the original packages and in sealed mint condition, so now it is hard for me to know why they turned it down. This particular process makes me a little skeptical about how this company does their business. Always good experience I split half my games and DVDs between this site and another popular one based solely on who paid more. I was careful that all games were complete etc. this site took 100% of my items no problem. The other guys (decluttr) rejected a lot and only sent half the money I was expecting.
