Show actual games, early 10 am games for 1:00 kickoff, etc. work with riders to obtain more riders. Ride home always seems too cold. Temp is same both ways, no sun on way home. Last week driver was outstanding in typhoon conditions, very large 33% tip was worth it! Taking first step to ask how to improve is step 1, now listen to riders and increase rider volume by working with them to help.
