GBScam. Beware this seller. I have to add yet another fraud/scam warning. I placed two orders for replicas on 20 and 25 August 2023, respectively, total value approx. 1,300 USD. At first, the seller failed to send me invoices for amounts and currencies we had actually agreed, but we got there in the end. About a month later, I queried the status of my orders and was told that the seller is still catching up on previous orders (after making all sorts of excuses ranging from previous travel arrangements to death in the family). Subsequently, I emailed the seller with requests for updates on both orders on 23, 25 and 29 November. It is now 5 December and I haven't received the products I ordered, nor the requested status updates, and the seller has simply stopped responding to my emails. I've had to report both transactions to Shopify who still provide their payment solution to the seller, and will also be seeking refunds through the payment card provider. None of this is worth the seller's excuses and words of reassurance, and it's best you avoid this seller. UPDATE 20 February 2024: We are now 6 months after placing the first order and although I have received some pictures from the seller in December (allegedly showing parts of my order), the seller has stopped responding to my emails. Hence I am left with no other option but to commence formal legal action and seek refund from the payment provider and payment card company.

GBScott Taylor stole $6000 dollars from… Scott Taylor stole $6000 dollars from me. It’s plain and simple. I paid for something in full upfront and he never delivered the item for me. He gave me excuses for a whole year and then went radio silent on me and completely disappeared. His business is a major scam.

GBComplete Scam Potential buyers, please beware, and read all of the negative reviews carefully about this sham company. My experience appears to be sadly all too common with Scott Taylor and Taylor Made Fossils. I’ll spare all the absurd details but the short of it is this: my organization contracted with Mr. Taylor for a large piece. He accepted the ~$7,000 deposit and then communication from him dried up almost immediately. Months after the agreed-upon contract completion date (and three missed deadlines later), we have nothing to show for our money and he has met our demand for a refund with abject silence. Stealing from anyone is reprehensible, but ripping off a non-profit educational organization is the lowest of the low. EDIT to Respond to Owner's Comment Below: The owner is correct that he never received a second payment, because after the first we realized we'd likely been scammed. All he had to do to receive the second payment was take a picture of any part of the skeleton he was supposedly making and send to us (the buyers). He couldn't do that because he never made any part of it. If he had the skeleton, then he would have had a buyer (us, who commissioned it in the first place).
