GBI would avoid this platform I would avoid this platform, I wish I had read the reviews before I started to deal with them. even at the point of discussing listing an art piece, they have a very strange way of talking to potential clients. i.e insulting you and trying to make you feel inaproproate. I have chosen not to list with them, and i would advise people do their homework before listing with this unprofessional company

GBsmooth transaction I am grateful to be in a stage of my life where I am ready to enjoy fine art inside my home. I was nervous acquiring my very first piece and I was a first-time user of the ArtBrokerage.com platform. I worked with Robbie Reddy who answered all my questions with professionalism and patience to ensure art authenticity, accurate description, and safe packing. The piece came perfectly and securely packed. I would not hesitate to use ArtBrokerage.com again for any future art pieces. Thank you Robbie!

ATSCAM ALERT!!! SCAM ALERT!!!! I consigned and spoke mainly with LEONARD PANAR who told me to ship the artwork to his gaven address. After I did, they sold the work and never answered my emails!!!! Today I realized they even shut down my account on their platform so no one else can see the communication! Since I read so many positive reviews, I got very disappointed. Will seek for LAWYER, since I can't image what happened here.

AUDamaged art and still no refund. We bought a Lik photo and when it arrived, the adhesive was peeling from the acrylic facemount. We discovered it was the case when shipped and the seller was aware. Artbrokerage said Lik would address this but of course they did not. Three months have passed and we were told the insurance had settled at a loss to Artbrokerage. We were told this would be paid back to us and we could keep the damaged art, we still are out of pocket over three thousand dollars for shipping and duties/import fees. The money still has not been refunded and Helen refuses to reply. It also seems that the artwork may have come from a convicted sex offender in Utah.
