Packaging for shipping was much more than adequate, consisting of multiple protective layers of bubble wrap, stiff cardboard and an opaque, outer, waterproof membrane clearly identifying the item as "fragile". There was no damage to the piece. Entire transaction was trouble free.

I purchased a painting from this gallery, and they informed me that they would ship the painting after showcasing it at the Context Art Miami show in 2023. Unfortunately, they never responded to my emails, and 26 days later, I received an email notifying me of the cancellation of my order. By this time, the prices of the paintings by this artist had increased, making the value of the painting higher than the amount I paid. They held onto my money for 26 days, and to make matters worse, they never even displayed the painting at the Context Art Miami 2023 show.
