GBWhy "2 Stars" Why "2 Stars", simply put - 'Customer Service', or the lack-there-of... Our 'First Order' Feb 2024, was excellent - No 'issues'. This quickly changed with a 2nd Order, Mar 2024, and a damaged canvas/wall art piece - Following repeated attempts of contacting "bcmedia" - "Best Canvas Wall Art", regarding seeking a replacement for the damaged piece and receiving no response [this with emails - phone calls (number listed on their website doesn't work) - FaceBook - 'instant messaging']; it was PayPal and PayPal's Resolution Center, before I received a 'response' regarding this 'issue'. "Yes", Bcmedia - Best Canvas Wall Art finally did respond. And 'yes', the damaged wall art/canvas was replaced with a 'new' one... Best Canvas Wall Art, needs to be better attuned to it's customer's - Bcmedia needs to improve 'how' they deal with customer's and 'issues'/problems with orders placed for product... One shouldn't have to go-to a 'third-party', to resolve 'issues' for damaged goods - As I had to do. I have no 'issues' with their actual product - The pictures are of decent quality AND my Wife is happy, now that she has two complete and undamaged canvas's... It is with Bcmedia's customer support, I have an 'issue' with.

CAWow I love it! I loved it so much I bought another one! I have a basement suite with no window on one wall and this artwork worked perfectly to brighten the room and not make it look closed off.

GBI was very pleased with the product- a… I was very pleased with the product- a wrapped canvas wall art that was not personalized. However, there was a miscommunication and I received two of the same thing when I only ordered one. There was never any communication via email about a second order. Imagine my surprise when not one, but two were delivered. I have submitted all the required information to ask for permission to return one of the products. It has been a week and I have heard nothing. Could you please look into this matter and expedite a decision. Thank you very much.

CAI am so so happy with what I got I am so so happy with what I got! My sister and her fiancé loved it as well! The only thing I would recommend is that I get a response back from you guys. I had originally made a mistake on the note I wanted to write and once I noticed it which was right away I emailed you guys to tell you about my mistake and what I wanted to correct. I send 2 messages and I didn’t get a response back which was very stressful because I was scared that I wouldn’t get what I wanted. But I’m happy the message got through. I was very relieved and happy!
