GBThe customer service is excellent The customer service is excellent. The owner, Robert, examined the poster that I was considering purchasing, as it was made in the 60's. He asked his framer to make a minor repair. The repair was well done. I purchased the repaired poster and then later 2 more by the same artist. They were all well packed in a sturdy tube and came as promised. The company includes an invoice and a nice "thank you letter." I would never hesitate to purchase from Ro Gallery in the future and highly recommend them. Thank you.
