Communication was strong from the… Communication was strong from the start. Not only through our contact but from various team members. On the event day itself, the staff took care to make us feel involved, ensure we were having a good time, and provide any additional support on the back-end that was needed. Looking forward to future experiences with this group!

Bike Donation We had a great experience, the communication was clear and the team was fun and supportive! We are excited to give away all of the bikes we received at Youth on Record’s annual block party on June 8th!

Nonprofit Org Collaboration Best Corporate Events reached out to us about being a partner agency for a group they were working with. Through out the whole process there was constant clear communications about the expectation from both the group and us as the organization. We arrived and were able to connect with the group and share a bit about our work. The group helped us load our items and we were on our way. The day of contacts were responsive and attentive.

Pam from Best Corporate Events… Pam from Best Corporate Events contacted us months in advance of the event allowing us plenty of time to prepare and schedule accordingly. She then did a great job of communicating as the event date approached by providing us with the appropriate on-site representatives, including cell phone numbers. The day before the event she even went out of her way to arrange for parking for our company van. Once on site, Paul had all the participants actively participating in the fun activity and coached me on when and where I would be presenting to the audience. Everything could not have gone smoother. Even after the event, Pam promptly followed up with an email sharing the positive experience the client and her team all had working with Best Corporate Events.
