their company is trash… because they do not do refunds their games is too expensive and also when I was doing parental controls and adding my card it says I have to be 18 yrs or older

Appalling non existent customer support Appalling non existent customer support. Just automated replies that solve absolutely nothing. They don't even read the messages you send them, just have a bot send automated replies. Pathetic and this lack of support should be illegal!

Stay away Absolutely disgusting! The console is two months old, stopped working and there telling me I need to pay £ 158 to get it fixed and if I don’t pay the £158 there send it back to me still broken. stay away from this awful customer service its terrible, and they were laughing at me on the phone avoid Nintendo!!!
