AUBought a used XBOX series X in November… Bought a used XBOX series X in November which came with 2 controllers, & active warranty. I registered the console onto my Microsoft account right away. One of the controller had issue with a button. I then filed a claim online, then was requested to ship it with paid postage. 2 weeks after, I had the replacement arrived. A month later, the 2nd controller had the same issue, & I went through all the claim process, & had it replaced as well. What a deal!!!! Great work Microsoft!!!

GBXbox customer service is non existent Xbox customer service is non existent, I am actually gutted I bought my son an Xbox and not a PS after this. He is 11 and accidentally bought a game from the store, he immediately realised he’d clicked the wrong thing and cancelled the purchase and requested a refund. This was granted but the Microsoft Xbox have not refunded the £75 it’s been over 2 weeks. We have called 3 times and been told they have an error globally and we have to manually request it now. It says something when they have to steal of little kids to get profit!!!! Buy a PlayStation and save yourself the hassle.

GBGame purchases missing I have purchased multiple games that Xbox then says I don't own. I have to hard reset the Xbox to be able to use one of them, but for every other game that I have purchased (and have a receipt for) I have to go into my order history, scroll through every purchase made since and then view it through that - suddenly it says I do own it and can install. How are my purchased games just going missing?

GBNon Existent Customer Support I tried to contact Xbox regarding an issue where the controller was not working correctly - it isn't pausing DVDs. I already looked through their help resources and went through their troubleshooting guides. They straight up refused to let me contact anyone. "Phone calls and chats aren't available for this issue." How the heck is it legal for them to simply refuse to provide customer support for their products?

GBPlease buy a PS5 like I did last year I got an Xbox series s for christmas in 2022, and I loved it. Until, in February 2023, I was on Rec Room. I recorded a good video. That video then got uploaded to Xbox Network. I loved that video that I recorded, because it was silly. And then later that night, I looked for that video and it appears to be gone, even though I uploaded it to the cloud. Yes, I deleted the video from my console but the video would still be there in the cloud even if it was deleted from the Xbox. It doesn't make sense. How can you recover a video that was deleted by Xbox from both the console and the Xbox network? Also, who uses batteries on a controller in 2024? This isn't some children's toy! So on April 4 2023 I picked up the PS5 from walmart and I loved it and the games. So, it was time for me to start console wars again (but in a destructive way). On May 1 2023, I intentionally dropped the Xbox from upstairs to the living room floor (that's what it gets for deleting a precious video without MY consent) and smashed it. I then threw it in the garbage where it goes. I had an Xbox One S and it also crapped out in July 2022. Buy PS4 or PS5 instead. I may not like the PS Plus subscription but at least PLAYSTATION doesn't delete any of my videos without my permission! One more thing, Xbox makes you PAY to change your gamertag! PS doesn't do that, you just need to sign in to your PSN account! Don't buy an Xbox. Notes: 1: The date I saved the video on the Xbox was sometime in February 2023. Due to trustpilot's rule that the date of experience has to be within the last year, when I updated this review today, I just put 04/10. 2: The video was appropriate. Regret #1: I should've just kept the Xbox because I wanted to play the older Xbox 360 throwbacks Regret #2: I had some precious games on there (I could just buy that on PS5)
