GBThe company can be better if it had… The company can be better if it had better customer service for the Forza Horizon franchise, as I am trying to get them to listen to me because I had a false ban put on my account for no reason, because my account got hacked in April 2022 and they put the ban on the 13th of December 2020 to 8 months after the hacker got access to my account which I did manage to recover I don’t have an order number, but I’ve submitted a ticket number to them

AUNever Received Account never received my account said 48-72 hours and its been a week and a half and still nothing contacted support but no reply from them don't spend your money on this website its a scam :(

GBBeen more than a week Been more than a week. Never recieved my account. Never even got a response to my email asking why it was taking so long to get it. Terrible service. Would not reccomend even to my worst enemy. Is a straight up scam.

AUNever received my account or a refund. I bought my account and waited over a week and never received it so I emailed about getting a refund and never received one.
