NLAs others point out As others point out, service been great over past years but my Teamspeak 3 server is down for the last 72-96 hours. Manually rebooting brings back life into the server for up to 15 minutes but impossible to maintain a steady connection. Tickets are not responded to, their live chat is unanswered. Server been up 24/7 since 2014 and almost a decade of service is being unanswered by their support or sales department. [EDIT on 29-1-23] My ticket to support got closed without any reply, response or sign of live. Still have no idea what is going on, but we moved on.

GBSpent a boat load of time with him to… Spent a boat load of time with him to set up our Quake live server for this years convention. Server and cp down and now paid till October they left us hanging and ran with the money. Will never trust them again. BEWARE!

CAAmazing Support Was looking to get a Valheim server set up right when the public test release came out. I was quickly in a discord call as the server was being set up. While we ran into some issues (as the test build had literally JUST released) support worked quickly and promptly to get everything set up for me and my friends to enjoy. Great service all around.

HRwhen i had an issue 4 years ago i still… when i had an issue 4 years ago i still remember it the admin didnt want 2 fix the laggy music bot and laggy server and instead he said that i dont buy from them anything ever again and that there are plenty more ts3 hostings around lol

GBA little misleading I purchase a 5 user TS3 server and paid for the addon for a music bot. After the music bot was marked pending for hours I made a support ticket, just to find out they can't give it to me because "it's not profitable" on there end. But they were offering the service? A staff member then proceeds to join my personal TS3 server and force me a refund without notice. A little confused on why they were offering a package they couldn't provide in the end. Disappointed.
