GB"Ordered a Direct TV satellite… "Ordered a Direct TV satellite reflector and received it. It apparently was the incorrect one. I called and talked about returning it and purchasing the correct reflector which was more expensive. Their response was that since I ordered the original online, instead of through a customer service representative, I would have to pay for the return shipping. Additionally, I could be charged a subjective 25% restocking fee on top of that. BEWARE OF THE COMPANY."

GBIrreputable They shipped me a defective cable. After 5 attempts to get a return label to ship the item back to them for credit, they still did not send the label. In fact, 4 of the 5 times, they did not even respond. I eventually simply disputed the charge with my credit card company. My advice: stay far away from this company.
