GBRIP OFF - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER You will NEVER receive your items or a refund. You will be fed excuse after excuse and missed ship date after missed ship date. Been dealing with these con artists for months and still no items shipped or money given back. Have been very patient and polite in my communications and am not given so much as an apology. Just lots of excuses as to why they can't simply GIVE THE BOX to the USPS even though the label and tracking number was printed a full month ago. Don't think I will ever receive my items or money back. If you can't handle running a business and delivering what customers are paying you to, then you have NO BUSINESS running a store!!! Here is an entire thread of people who have had the same experience. If you're lucky and don't mind waiting the better part of a year there is a small chance they might get your order shipped. GBWorst. Toy Store. Ever. I wish there was a lower rating than a single star. 9 months of excuses ranging from :"Oh the supplier won't ship my order" to "I'm too depressed to ship today." I've never heard a grown man have more excuses than a kid as to why something didn't get done and how its everyone's fault but his. Avoid at all costs.

GBMike is a great guy Mike is a great guy, purchased an animal crossing plush from him for my girlfriend and he messaged me saying he actually didn't have it. So he sent me the entire set instead. 9 goddamn plushies compared to the one I wanted. Great dude.

GBWould recommend! After a bit of a hickup, things are back to normal, and I would have no issues recommending Saturday Mornings to my friends.

GBAwesome company! Great company. For being a small toy shop retailer, the owner does put quality before quantity. Just like any small to mid size business, Saturday Mornings had some hiccups getting stock from the big companies. But the customer service was always courteous and honest. Always offered full refund at any time.
