Have been with this com0any for a few… Have been with this com0any for a few years nb topping up or cashing out won 25 pound last Friday all of a sudden was asked to provide I'd proof of address bank card etc sent them away I'd wasn't gd enough my arm wasn't in the photo how my arm has to verify my I'd I have no idea proof of address was accepted re sent I'd again with my arm visible in picture no hd passport out of date sent pic of el2ctorql od card then was requested to send an old bank card in I happened to have pictures on my phone of this card because my dog chewed it sent 5hem the relevant photos stating I don't have this card anymore as it was cancelled as u can see by pictured I've sent u it was ched by my dog re sent new bank card information asking for a signed bank card my old one I can't sign ot if I d9nt own it at this point u have proof I live at the address registered when I opened my account it was verified with my bank card u have pictures of me holding my I'd I'd on its own and I can't see how my arm being in picture verify me as a person and ehat if God forbid I didn't have any arms as its literally getting ridiculous over 25 pound when never had a n issue before now all of a sudden I do and no one can explain why at this point u know my card is registered as me at my address u know and have accepted its me and live at my address registered my passport which is out of date clearly states my name dob etc u have. Lack of expertise. And above all.... ul get a comp who will literally take thousands from you for absolutely nothing in return. So here we go. Once upon a time around 3 years ago I joined sun bingo. The company was quite good. Looking after its new customers, luring them into false pretences by brain washing them to part money woth them rather than other companies. Then one day once the sunshine disappeared and the rain arrived, the customer got wise, the customer started to confront the company, the company didn't like this, the company got frustrated. But why you ask yourself? It's because I'm clever, I'm very wise, and I'm extremely knowledge. I have in my time written many many speeches that we all see on TV and at events. And by using some rather elaborate words, and asking very little of the company in return for my 3 years of loyalty for a suggestion. They felt threatened, scared, vulnerable. That was how they tried to make me feel 3 years ago, but when I turned it around on them..... they didn't like it. They got caught out. So here's the heads up to old players, and the new, and those who are thinking of joining. Be very wary. Looks can be deceiving, don't get drawn in by this vile company. Don't let them have a hold on you, as you must remember.... we all have a choice. My choice was to shame them here for having zero respect for a single one of us. Thanks for reading.
