Well I noticed my account says not verified but everything in my profile is completed. I contacted support and they said that in order to verify I would have to buy a package first. Which then I also asked about the redeeming tab cause I didn’t see it. Support then told me that I would have to be verified for the redeem option to show up. But my thing is- it’s backwards. Why do I have to purchase FIRST before I see the MAIN things I’m lookin for to feel as if the site is legit? If I played with my daily coins from the wheel spin (which I also noticed ONLY land on gold coins) but if I happen to receive free sweep coins to play with (referrals or wheel spins whatever- daily bonus) and I play and end up winning an amount to redeem, I won’t be able to because I didn’t buy a package first?
