GBAwesome product! My cards were delivered in and exceptionally timely manner and in acceptable condition. It was holiday season so shipping is always part of it. I worked for Ups for years so I understand wear and tear on packaging. Besides the wrapping of the shipping, I have no complaints about the product, price or timeliness. And it was only a scuffed up corner of the box the cards were shipped in and the bag delivered was intact. That usually means the original packaging was damaged and repacked during transit. Again, the product was acceptable condition but improvement could be made by either the vendor or the shipper. 4.5 out 5 stars, I'm very pleased.

GBI wish I could give it 0. I wish I could give it 0. Ordered 1st December - money taken out of account immediately with no email sent finalising order. No tracking number has been sent either. Messaged twice through website (first 3 days ago and second 24 hours ago) and messaged once through Instagram (today). Although I've had 0 response about order they've emailed multiple times with new offers. This website is a SCAM. I'm gutted as the Harry Potter cards seemed like the perfect gift for my brother in law for Christmas and now I'm out of pocket by £55.

GBGreat Communication The order came in a timely manner, even though I ordered it over the holidays. MyHero has great communication on any delays or tracking updates. We have not played our game yet, but all of my friends are very excited!

GB"Cards Against Customers!" While the idea of "Cards Against F.R.I.E.N.D.S." is an EPIC idea, the communication from the company was worse than an out-of-print periodical. I paid extra for "rushed" shipping (12/9/2023) and received the package on 12/23/2023. Communication from the company was nonexistent, even though I contacted them for shipping updates only to be met with complete radio silence. While searching for company reviews, I noticed several people had the same problem, and many of the customers stated they never received their items. All in all, I'd rate the overall experience a 3/10.

Got Cards Against the Winchester Brothers and Cards Against Potter first contacted customer service about Cards Against Glactic Empire they were very nice and helpful let me know that Cards Against Glactic Empire was shipped from a different warehouse but was on its way and gave me tracking number and got it a week later love the art work on Cards they are great
