Thank you for your help! I had some issues with delays, not receiving a controller and being able to play playstation games. Overall the product is great and fun to play. I would like to thank customer service (Aimee) with helping me out with my issues. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a great product.

Aimee at Retro Naut has made my whole… Aimee at Retro Naut has made my whole week, month, year, LIFE with this thing! I put together a full list of Playstation One games and she helped me get rid of some of the games I didn't want to make room. I just figured out the save function and beat the first scorpion boss in FF7!!! Wish me luck!

I still have not received my order that… I still have not received my order that I placed on 12/13/20. Today is 1/05/21. The site stated upon ordering “all orders ship next day” I have received a tracking number but it says “shipping label created, awaiting package” I have sent numerous messages & emails with no response. This is unacceptable to me. I am very dissatisfied

I love all the nostalgic games… I love all the nostalgic games available in such a tiny setup!!! It does take a slightly above average skill level to get things setup and getting wireless controller connected but it is well worth it!
