In 2022 September 1st,I paid $17 for a ped,they said it will be completed in 4-5 days,I trust them and sent the payment.In September 14th,they said it will take extra 2 days to complete,I said OK and trust them again.But now,they didn't send me the ped,and in the past one month,I sent email or livechat almost every day,they never reply to me,I feel that I have been cheated!

Not only that but the support team are very helpful and have a friendly attitude. Did I mention that new models usually get done in just a few days?
