Customer Service is Lacking/Non-Existant Having used PennyGrab for several months I really like it, but of the few instance that required help, only one was ever addressed and only resolved well over 4 weeks later. They left an item out of my shipment and after a promise to send it with the next shipment, and 4 instance of this, I finally got it. Other problems included an item reflecting the wrong price, and having a shipping fee (when the site clearly says there are no shipping fees on any items) that were never addressed. I called and emailed multiple times with no success. So a great site, until something goes wrong, which is not that often, but when it does you can pretty much count on nothing being done.

Best Trustworthy Penny Auction Website I am playing on PennyGrab.com for 2 years. Won thousands of $ of gift cards and bunch of Electronics. They ship all of the wins pretty fast and have excellent customer service. Most I like about the site is that you can swap any of the gift cards win for Visa Gift Cards which can be used anywhere in the US.

Hasn't been good!!!! I guess I am stupid or something. I have bid and bid and bid and still can't get what I bid on! I have stayed up over night, all day and didn't eat, sleep or go to the restroom and I still lost what I wanted so badly for a GREAT Son!!!!
