They often run sales and offer a great selection of retro games at reasonable prices. What really sets them apart is the free shipping over quality of the items. Over the last couple of years I have bought several orders of games (cartridges and discs) as well as multiple game systems. Everything comes in perfect condition, and even the cosmetically flawed jtems work great. In the rare instance I have had an issue, they are quick to respond and provide a resolution quickly and without push back. I love this site and will keep coming back to them again and again.

Amazing customer service Amazing customer service. I purchased an N64 that did not work properly (expected with a ~30 year old system). Instead of having me send back the system, wait until it arrives, and send me a replacement, customer service immediately sent me a replacement system with prepaid postage to return the old system.

I was scrolling through YouTube reels one day and one of dkoldies reels popped up and I took a second out of my day to see what it was all about and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made in the last year. The amount of nostalgia and joy I’ve been able to relive made possible by this company is unfathomable and I can NOT thank the employees at DkOldies enough for doing what they do and keeping us all young at heart. Overpriced, late shipping & console not fully functioning Decided to give DKOldies a shot despite all the negative comments and order an N64 through them plus a few games. The N64 was shipped one week late (was suppose to be 2 day shipping) and I just recently found out that, despite the refurbished / fully tested claims and paperwork, the memory jumper pack is not recognized by the console. Also, after a few months of purchasing games through local stores and other online shops, I noticed that all the games I've purchased through DKOldies were 30$ to 50$ above market price.

dkoldies is a joke ordered a ps2 slim for about 230 it came in terrible condition was super dirty i thought these consoles were cleaned. misleading youtube videos and tiktok’s they don’t open every console to make sure it’s in good shape not to mention the 3rd party controller for the premium taxing price of 230.they are lucky their social medias went viral or else they wouldn’t have as many sales.
