Have not received my (SC) winnings from the 14th still I honestly love playing the games on McLuck and there’s a huge variety. I only gave two stars because of the length of time it takes to payout! I redeemed my SC’s on the 14th and it’s still pending. I contacted customer service and all they can verify is that the amount is still pending. It’s supposed to take 3-5 business days and they tell you there’s other circumstances that are out of their control. It comes right out of my bank, as it should be able to go right back in! I hit the most bonuses on this site but what good is that if you don’t ever get your winnings? Definitely going to look for a site that is more efficient in redeeming coins.

I am, however, please now to say after 4.5 months I was given access back to my account. For the last few days they have tried to make it right on their end for the inconvenience.
