Got scammed 12$ and Gameflip protected the seller I always had good experiences on Gameflip as a seller because I'm honest and fortunately I (mostly) found honest buyers and have 100% positive feedback, but today I just got scammed 12$ as a buyer for an Amazon Gift Card that didn't work (it was already activated by someone else, maybe the seller himself). I provided the evidence I had that the Gift Card did not work, but Gameflip didn't even reply to me and they closed the dispute in favor of the seller. This is what Gameflip writes in their website Help Center: Gameflip Support agents will contact you and the seller through the verified email on your Gameflip account for additional information, such as evidence that the item does not work or was not as advertised. I didn't receive any email from Gameflip, they simply closed the dispute without any message. If they asked for more evidence, I would have done my best to send them all I could find, but they never messaged me.
