Great Customer Service Experience I used Giftnix for the first time and the code i received did not work. Immediately I was thinking ugh i got scammed... However, I contacted support and received a response immediately. After verifying a couple pieces of information they sent me a replacement and it worked. Too much info requested! Their service was fine but, their verification for their services went too far! Wanted pic and personal phone while I was paying with Paypal! A simple transaction became complicated and I didn't want to be bothered with the account verification process! Ignore that part of it and the rest went well!
