Problems but where handled great and quick I orderd some Guild Wars 2 Gem code but 2 of them didn't work send an email to their support and got a response very quickly. the issue got resolved by them sending replacement codes. Great company quick and amazing support

Disappointed I bought a game, and after a cople hours without receiving it, I contactes them. Then they told me that they had no stock, and got me a refund. I don't think I'm the one supposed to contact them in this case, and if they had no stock, the purchase shouldn't be accepted, or at least, they should've been the ones that contacted me to inform about the problem.

Horrible customer service! I ordered once from the company without issue so I figured they could be trusted. Nothing changed and I tried to find my past order but they apparently lose it after time elapsed. I tried to place another order, but they claimed I posed a security threat. They never mentioned what posed this threat, nor what I needed to fix to resolve the security issue. They have no clue in regards to customer service, and I had no problem ordering from another company. I wouldn't use them again.

A wee bit slow Order sent without problem, transaction was slow (2 days if I recall right) but it was on the bank's end. They reacted to my support ticket quite fast (matter of hours), so I'm quite satisfied. The ordered item works flawlessly, price was best at the time I could find. Thanks!

Pre-order received shortly before release First time buyer from this key seller. Overall an excellent and prompt release key. Some slight concerns having being asked to review the site on numerous occasions before the key was released. Key was a scan and no issues activating.
