You even receive an update and status of your order. - 1 star for reliability because my product was delivered to me and I was contacted by whatsapp to be notified of the successful delivery. Downside: - 0 star because of the lack of details on the timing of the Vbucks delivery. My purchase was made at 18:43 and I only received it 1:30am. I was neither informed on the estimation of the delivery nor the time frame. - 0 star for the lack communication and attention to Urgent notes left when making a purchase. I sent an email requesting for an update at 19:10 but never got a response. As a first time buyer, it can be suspicious since there's no communication or update. Overall, a solid 3/5 for the above reasons. I think I'll do more purchases here however not if I need my delivery in less than an hour because my purchase took well over 5hours. Hope for improvements.
