GBI have purchased many pieces and loveā¦ I have purchased many pieces and love most of them. Lately quality seems to have dropped off a bit and customer service is non existent. I purchased a necklace with names for a friends birthday March 13th 2024 and almost 5 weeks later I still have not received it. I have called I have emailed. Nothing.
