CASimply no service Simply no service. Am a regular customer, but the last 2 times, it took more than half an hour to complete the transaction. Today, again, it took more than half an hour, and worse, I didn't get the items I paid for, and it was a COMPLETE SILENCE on their part. I don't know what to think. Lack of personnal? Crisis in their mist? Complete internet breakdown? I hope to have some news tomorrow.

GBVery patient! Very fair! Very helpful! Very happy! They were great in every way on helping us upload the items. I'm not very computer savvy and not familiar with the Nintendo Switch and how it works but Lisa was extra patient with me and we were successful getting everything taken care of. The prices are fair and my 10 year old son is extremely happy with the results! Couldn't be happier
