GBI have been using hobbylinc for theā¦past 10 years I have been using hobbylinc for the past ten years and never had a problem, I purchase mainly model railroad items. most recently I strayed away and went to hobby rails/ hobby models without reading any reveiws, wow am I sorry now two months later and out hundreds, without a response, so stick with a winner,hobbylinc wont let you down, or steal your hard earned cash

GBOn time, good product, fair price My boys order their models from HobbyLinc. Every product we receive is in good condition, never broken. We usually get the model delivered a day or two before the expected delivery (not sure if that is thanks to HobbyLinc or the delivery service, though). Always a fair price!

GBGreat Experiences - 5 Orders over 2 Years My primary hobby is 1/48 WWII aircraft. I've made occasional purchases over the last few years from hobbylinc. The items they have on hand are shipped wicked fast. Any items they have to pull from the warehouse or get from their supplier takes a little longer. My orders that took the longest were the AK Interactive Real Color series... but I had a difficult time even finding certain colors in stock at other shops so I'm thankful hobbylinc was at least able to ship some, and typically at better pricing than other shops! I had to contact their support once because the shipping for some photo etch sets were estimated higher than I expected. The rep found the issue. The weight auto-filled as exceeding 1 pound for one of the items so he corrected it. That brought the shipping cost down to what I expected. The majority of my orders have arrived within 2-3 business days.

GBMy Go-To Hobby Store Hobbylinc became my go-to hobby store when the local brick-and-mortar hobby shop closed. They almost always have what I'm looking for, at a decent price, with reliable delivery. The only problem I've ever had was a shipment in which a glass paint jar got broken. I informed them via email, they responded within a few minutes with the option of sending a replacement or reimbursing my credit card, and resolved the matter immediately. I like 'em!
