Let's make a simple review... I will keep this simple. I rented a minecraft server, error, contacted support and they fixed it very quickly. They are friendly and nice to their customers. How amazing is that!? Not to mention their competitive pricing and I must say for those who are on budget can always pick them! I would recommend picking Gravel Host as your game server hosting provider.

Worse company i rented a server from never use Gravel host they are a scam Worse company i rented a server that never worked from the get go while trying to get it running the server panel stopped working and i was locked out for over 6 hrs with no response from support on the discord apart from my tickets being closed for inactivity after only 4 hrs Also dont hold out much hope for a refund as they seam to just want to ignore me till the 3 day refund policy expires and then claim i got what i paid for when i have not seen 1 single working minute of my server.

Awesome customer service At first, I had some problems, but the gravel host team handled them all very quickly! Although I have not used their hosting services yet, I am confident that they will be able to help me and find a solution right away if I run into any issues.

Company Allowed my account to get… Company Allowed my account to get hacked even with two factor authentication you account isn’t safe with them on the day of my account being hacked I changed password removed the false email the hacker had added then also found the hacker had spent £15.90GBP & £21.49GBP this was spent on Two FiveM servers so after this I made a ticket within there discord channel they took at least two days for Ethan To even message me and to say for me to contact my bank now what Ethan doesn’t understand is the account the money has been requested from is my second bank account but no money was taken because I haven’t transferred the money to that account but it still remains as a pending transaction which now means I can’t use that bank account and till the transaction is cleared which is what my phone contact and monthly bills go out from I will not forward money to that account when I’m not the person who made via the website them purchases this hosting provider should be closed down immediately even if they don’t provide safety for there users when mostly every website I’ve been to will refund an account holder if they are not the person who made the purchase which I wasn’t because that account hasn’t been used by me for a while they also provide no way to remove your bank card and less you act who boss in the conversation when speaking to them they obviously think they are and that you have no rights to be refund even if your case matches this today you will not be refunded you would have to refund from your bank account by calling them as soon as Monday comes I will also be reporting the website as fraudulent and trying to contact the bank Just a tip if something like this happens to you remember there’s still website like Action Fraud which is based in uk that deals with website that maybe Fraudulent and they will respond to the website as fast as possible by closing it down if you are reading this Action Fraud here’s a website to keep an eye out for 👍
