Amazing support team I recently browsing minecraft server hosting and found gravel host with great pricing. So bought a server there. Although they give you a plain default startup flag and a non binary ram startup (8gb => 7.8gb). Asked their support. Absolutely amazing response time. Support Bello have sorted my issue in less then 10 minutes which is quicker then a lot of other host i am using. Wanted to give a thumbs up to them.

Why you should choose gravel host for your server host provider I have been using gravel boat for about 6 months now, and I love it. There support is nice, fast, and they know what they are doing. The host is rarely down and they tell you when it does. Even tho there prices are cheap the server never lag and you get fast play speeds when playing your server.

Gravelhost on top Honestly, this has been very great. In comparison, to other hosts, Gravelhost offers a very cheap price for a server. I'm assuming that it is an up-rising server host as the upload files function isn't working or soon to be added. Anyways, the experience itself is great despite the cheap price. Besides that, it offers unlimited CPU! In addition to the experience, if you happen to have any troubles, the support team is more than happy to help. I've received a lot of help from them and they all ended the conversation by asking if you have any more inquiries. (Not in a rude way ofc)

Company Allowed my account to get… Company Allowed my account to get hacked even with two factor authentication you account isn’t safe with them on the day of my account being hacked I changed password removed the false email the hacker had added then also found the hacker had spent £15.90GBP & £21.49GBP this was spent on Two FiveM servers so after this I made a ticket within there discord channel they took at least two days for Ethan To even message me and to say for me to contact my bank now what Ethan doesn’t understand is the account the money has been requested from is my second bank account but no money was taken because I haven’t transferred the money to that account but it still remains as a pending transaction which now means I can’t use that bank account and till the transaction is cleared which is what my phone contact and monthly bills go out from I will not forward money to that account when I’m not the person who made via the website them purchases this hosting provider should be closed down immediately even if they don’t provide safety for there users when mostly every website I’ve been to will refund an account holder if they are not the person who made the purchase which I wasn’t because that account hasn’t been used by me for a while they also provide no way to remove your bank card and less you act who boss in the conversation when speaking to them they obviously think they are and that you have no rights to be refund even if your case matches this today you will not be refunded you would have to refund from your bank account by calling them as soon as Monday comes I will also be reporting the website as fraudulent and trying to contact the bank Just a tip if something like this happens to you remember there’s still website like Action Fraud which is based in uk that deals with website that maybe Fraudulent and they will respond to the website as fast as possible by closing it down if you are reading this Action Fraud here’s a website to keep an eye out for 👍
