So far so good with a great support ! So far so good. I was looking for a Cloud Gaming service because my potato PC was not able to run Elite Dangerous Odyssey. First I tried Geforce Now but the game wouldn't even start because their servers are not up to date ! Boosteroid are far better on this side ! The game runs smooth with graphics on Ultra. I had to deal with the customer service and YES, they are indeed fantastic : they really took time to solve my issue and tried different approaches when one was not good enough. I hope the service will continue to work like this with the same prices !

AND unlike other companies like Nvidia, they actually have an active support team that response to your concerns. Does the game you play need an update? Write it in and they'll update it ACROSS THE SEVER immediately! Is the game you want to play not on the server closest to you? They'll FIX it. Game latency too high? Tell them and they'll fix it! This proactiveness and immediate support blows all competition out of the water. For this I rate Boosteroid 5 stars and I wish them success in their business!
