I’ve purchased from ACNHKK a few times now (Materials and villagers) and every experience has been positive, quick and easy. They’re super responsive and always available. Highly recommend and will be purchasing again!

First timer First time buying from acnhkk.com and the experience wasn't good. I usually buy from another site, but they were more expensive. They delivered my items after one hour (even though the website says 10-30 mins) , but forgot several items. After contacting customer service they came with some of the items. Figured out today that yet another item was missing. Customer service told me it would be an hour wait and I would get nmts as comp. It's nice that they give comp for not getting the order right, but it's sloppy work to miss several items and for such a long waiting time.

Fast, reliable and helpful I bought DIY recipes I knew I’d never encounter myself (I’m a lighter player than many) and this service was phenomenal. Within 5 minutes a representative was on my island leaving all the recipes I’d ordered. Will definitely use this site again if I need anything in the future!

Second purchase Second purchase with them and I must say they are very efficient and great customer service. My only issues is I went for the furniture catalogue island service so for the price I was expecting a bit more, it was pretty basic items and I feel my money would have been better spent on buying individual items on the site instead. After spending £20 I don't feel I got much but lesson learnt I and will stick to buying individual items on their site instead. Great service though !

Was good the first time, not so much later (updated) The first delivery was very quick although it was missing one item. It was fixed very quickly though, and I had no problem. The second order was a completely different story. It's been over a week since I placed the order and I asked them about the order three times while waiting. First response was that their "network was having issues," second response was that their "network was still having issues," and the third response was that they "will deliver in a few hours," which never happened. I found another place that actually does the delivery accurately, so good bye, acnhkk. Edit 2: Oh, and they don't delete your user account when you want to leave the website. Make sure you use 10 minute mail or a temporary mail.
