I was ready for the usual two-to-three-day affair where support would take ages to respond and need some obscure account number, but I was surprised when this legend called Craig answered my email within two minutes and instantly solved my problem! overall great experience will definitely use again.

Amazing customer service I got a voucher to get a free game from this site which I was pleased about because I've used the store before and had a good experience. Twice I've emailed with questions and both times emails were responded to the same evening. Since this didn't involve me giving them money directly I'm honestly impressed by the service I received. I hope these sort of promotions get them decent money from the brands/companies involved.
