If help is needed outside of work hours the discord community and staff there is amazing, fast and super helpful!, as a customer I’m always happy with the performance and help! Zero complaints here! There’s been multiple times I been needing help with plugins and proxy for my Minecraft server and staff has looked at the configuration to help me out, it’s such a huge help!

Don't get tricked by another host that charges you *extra* for support when you get industry leading support options from Bloom. More about the product. Super reasonable prices on powerful hardware. Plus you can split a server to make a network without buying additional plans.

I commend Artic the Technical Manager for his professionalism and his ability to efficiently communicate a solution.
