GBThe ease of signing up for insurance⦠The ease of signing up for insurance was a plus. Included in the package was a playlist however once you sign up, you find out you need to purchase Spotify to obtain the playlist which then costs more money. Very disappointed to learn this fact.

GBI'm going to rant for a sec I'm going to rant for a sec. Yoga Journal offers teachers insurance with member perks. But if you can't login to your account, they don't send your reset password. Also none of the people working at yoga journal will help you "because, this is a magazine". I had to call the insurance company directly to cancel everything...also, they weren't happy either š” #madyogi But there's another cool company that has even better perks than yoga journal so maybe it's a blessing

GBSo far the membership has a nice amount⦠So far the membership has a nice amount of features. I enjoy the sequence tool and additional contracts/documents that are good for the business side. There is definitely room for improvement and there should be more options for gaining education that is measurable. Similar to how Yoga Alliance tracks credits and extra education that is outside of 200-300-500hr training. Overall it has been a good value for the money spent.

GBI find the website frustrating I find the website frustrating. The playlists, for example, seem to require spotify. I though I would simply be able to download them and play them in my class (our studio has no wifi). I had to specifically ask for the insurance to list a certificate holder--this they did very quickly--but there was no room for this information on the sign-up form.

GBNot as advertised, no way to get help I signed up for teachers plus in March. I chose this program bc of the bundled benefits - including a subscription to yoga journal. It is now almost September and I still have not received one issue. I have tried various methods of reaching out to YJ, only to be redirected over and over. Finally I get the email of someone who supposedly can help with this issue and they havenāt responded in weeks. āCustomer serviceā seems to be nonexistent.
