Not only is it reassuring to quickly… Not only is it reassuring to quickly access the app and find out where my cat is but it's interesting to follow his movements and get to know his regular places he visits. And when the rubber mount casing developed a tear it was easy to email them and renewed free of charge swiftly.

It’s unique in the sense the monthly cost is lower than most and it does send me notifications on his sleeping and exercise habits. It’s like a Fitbit for a dog with a built in tracker in case he escapes!

It app showed us whereabouts it was on the lane outside, but after searching the hedges, fields and ditches had no luck in locating it. Got in touch with Tractive and they arranged for another one to be sent straight away, it's just arrived. Brilliant service, couldn't wish for better. Just hoping that Sooty keeps away from things he can get caught up on. It's really interesting to see where he goes at night, we always thought he headed to the dairy but in fact he roams the fields in the opposite direction.
