GBFirefly Appreciation I have been shopping at Firefly since the opening. Heck, I have been book shopping in KTown for 40+ years and will alway miss the prior stores. However, the level of customer service I have received and observed through Firefly is above and beyond. Seeing new faces that exhibit such a commitment is awesome. Handily, I have nieces and nephews who also love this store. Note to self, remember you need gift certificates. Glad you folks are here!

GBI love this bookstore I love this bookstore! I needed to purchase a workbook for one of my students but could not find what I needed. I called Firefly Bookstore on a Sunday and Erica picked up on the second ring. She helped me navigate the website and my order was delivered only a few days later!
