Friendly and patient My Switch had a communication error and they were patient while I got a second dodo code. Still arrived in under 5 minutes with my goodies and nice surprise gifts! I have already recommended them to my sister and will be back again!

First time gamer First time gamer. I had a very positive experience from the moment I chat to in game to after I have collected items. Not only I was well accommodated but they were willing to extend the hours for me to complete the island collection as I have a toddler with me. My husband was so nice to take over whilst I complete the islands (all catalogs and diys) because I want to still finish in time even if I was offered with extended time. All my questions were answered politely and their instructions/tips are very clear. I also love how they organized all the items on their island very neat and strategically well thought of. They generously give lots of extras! I love it lol I will use it again when we buy another switch! Oh and I had some hiccups trying to get their DoDo code work but they responded so quick and was able to resolve in one go! The best and highly recommended!!!!
