They were prompt in messaging me back after my purchase and very quick in coming to my island. They left my order, as well as some very generous gifts and were on their way quickly as well, leaving me to play with my new items and DIY’s. First time gamer First time gamer. I had a very positive experience from the moment I chat to in game to after I have collected items. Not only I was well accommodated but they were willing to extend the hours for me to complete the island collection as I have a toddler with me. My husband was so nice to take over whilst I complete the islands (all catalogs and diys) because I want to still finish in time even if I was offered with extended time. All my questions were answered politely and their instructions/tips are very clear. I also love how they organized all the items on their island very neat and strategically well thought of. They generously give lots of extras! I love it lol I will use it again when we buy another switch! Oh and I had some hiccups trying to get their DoDo code work but they responded so quick and was able to resolve in one go! The best and highly recommended!!!!
