Then I received a message that said my account have been disabled contact customer service so I did so they tell me my account is under investigation but they don't know why. I've been playing on this site for about 5 months I've never won no money to make a withdrawal. Hell the never disable my account when they where taking my deposits. I hate i ever played.

They falsely advertise a welcome bonus… They falsely advertise a welcome bonus that they do not honor. The bonus sits in a "locked" status even after you deposit and play an eligible amount. Now they reply to my review with some BS about the bonus being "confusing" and that it is standard practice... LIES . I have received the EXACT bonus that they advertise at MODO. US(Which is the BEST),PULZS(Just meh) and MCLUCK(ITis okay, not as good as MODO. US).

Ignition Poker is not regulated Ignition is not regulated, clearly. I mean there are more times than not I can count losing having pocket AA's than not. I win 10X more at in person tournaments than I do on this platform. I have switched to other online poker due to the barriers I faced using ignition. I lost money due to their system shutting down and not getting a refund. If you do use ignition for online poker - make sure to have a recording feature or your phone nearby and record odd poker behavior as many are doing, as evidence for scams. I recommend to not use until their are a set of regulations and laws built into it. DO NOT USE!

Fix the system I was referred by a friend, used the link created an account, claimed welcome promo, made deposit and never received my 400%. Contacted customer service, Jose. I explained and he checked my acct. He said I had chosen to put my 400% bonus into poker. I told Jose I didn't choose anything. I wasn't even given the option of a choice of where to use my bonus. I asked since nothing had happened yet if it be could be fixed. He said No. I don't see why there would be problem. Apparently decisions you actually didn't make are concrete. However..I noticed an extra $25 in my acct. On a another note...a lot of the games won't let you play due to conflicting somethings between games and promotions. However, it doesn't say that...the error reads "Balance is too low to place a bet.. Please deposit more money." It's not that the cs was rude or unhelpful..it's the system that sucks. In addition my friend didn't receive their referral bonus.

I have fun playing I have fun playing. I get occasional free chips. Sometimes I win sometimes I lose. I really only play slots. However their customer service could be better. They don’t go above and beyond to help, and it’s probably outsourced to another country.
