When i finally got most of my losses back, they asked for 'Proof of funding my deposits' which I sent them. I had won on a few other casinos before, which was the proof of funding, so I sent them this. Apparently, this isn't good enough, and I had to send proof of my crypto deposits on bank letterhead paper (eh?, it was crypto, not a bank) and proof of funding my crypto from a bank statement (even though I sent proof of crypto coming from casinos) This was enough reason for them to steal my €31k apparently. Now taking legal action against their company Baytree, and looking into their parent company Super Group.
