Avoid this scam of a casino Terrible service with terms and conditions that are unfair to customer’s. If you live in shared accommodation and have more than one user in the house having an account. Expect your account to be flagged as breaching the terms. Support says if more than one account uses the same IP address or device then you will be flagged and unable to claim bonuses. They give any excuse not to pay out. I’m aware of the policies as Iread through them and Istill stand by my review that believes your terms and conditions are unfair to customers and only support the casino. The terms only work in favor for the casino not the customer who’s left with unfair conditions

Very very bad casino!Don't play there… Very very bad casino!Don't play there guys!My account was at zero and i took the decision to not play there anymore.I contact the tchat service and they said that they offer me $80.00 CAD but NEVER specify the terms even if i asked the VIP manager Emma with lot's of emails.She was never clear and arrogant.I made $40.00 CAD so my account was at $120.00.Two days after i want to play and my account was at zero!When i contact Emma she told me that they were terms with the $80.00 but she never told me when i ask her!!So i ask them to close my account but hey still owe me $120.00.They always have these "automatic"answers prepare in advance by robots,like a lot's of casinos
