GBcashed out quickly I deposited $60, with the 500% sign up bonus. Ended up hitting for $550 on a $2.50 spin, ran it up over a thousand as i played through the playthrough req's. Unfortunately it was 5x max cashout so i couldn't keep most of it. I put in my withdrawal request for $300 and they paid me in under an hour. Far better experience than Yabby, Casino Extreme, and Grande.

GBIve played at Pacific Spins quite a few… Ive played at Pacific Spins quite a few times and have always had a blast customer support is great! Right now im playing a 100 free chip, with only $2000 playthrough which is low compared to alot of free chips! I just won $120 on my bonus on the new Roo game. Im gonna try to get through the play through and cash out this time instead of being so impulsive! I'll let you know how it turns out either way!

GBGreat Casino… I won off of the free no deposit bonus and I had to send my verification documents. Took about 8 days and I was able to withdraw after making a $10 verification deposit. Only thing I’ll say bad was the live chat was no good but that was only one of the representatives. The next chat representative I got was amazing and fast. Oh, and after I requested my withdraw, it took them about five minutes to send it! I will definitely be playing here

GBWhat the fvck! Dale the customer service rep told me since I play throughed my bonus and that my balance was due to the winning play through I can’t claim it until I verify with ID + selfie. What a bunch of bullsh!t!

GBNeed more luck to get verified then to win! Trying to get verified?!?! Good luck. PacificSpins is a joke. They actually advertise as having “instant cash out” which is a blatant lie if you aren’t verified yet. I submitted verification paperwork on 11/10/23 and as of today (12/07/23) still no verification. I’ve emailed everyone I can think of and all I get back is generic response emails that are a script. I think they probably have one guy who actually handles customer service and the rest is bots. I’ll post an update if I ever get verified . Very terrible experience! Update: I did finally get verified a few days later…. Only for them to demand a “verification deposit”. Im sure that somewhere in the fine print it probably told me I was going to need to do this, however I found it very disheartening. I went through WEEKS of emailing and following up to just need to put more money and time in to them. No such thing as a free lunch I suppose.
