Therefore when using the bonus it is impossible to win, you can't withdraw bonus money and can't save up real winnings as they are used first so its race to the bottom i.e. having zero balance and I was also misinformed about the bonus and told I needed to get to exactly zero before the bonus kicks in which is almost impossible as you are left with odd penny and ended up spending a further £20 trying to get to zero. Cost me £50 in total with zero chance of winning. The games are also so weighted in the house favour with less than 30% of wager ending up in the prize pot, so again the odds are so stacked against you of ever making a profit with tiny jackpots in some cases less than my total stake. I have never thought gambling was a way to make make money, but the thrill of the chance should always be there. I couldn't wait for my £90 of bonus money to get to zero as it was worth less than nothing, as I had to invest time to watch my money get flushed away. I am going to issue a court summons to test if this is even legal and publish the whole sorry event on You Tube. First withdrawal took about 30 hours to get but since that withdrawals have been processed within an hour.
