I got a free chip played through… I got a free chip played through requirements and was about to submit cashout request without making a deposit. It got denied a few times and then after contacting customer support they finally approved it. I waited 3 days and contacted them again when I didn't get paid and they said that my request was denied because I had 2 accounts. I never made 2 accounts. I asked for proof and they sent me a username that didn't even make sense. I definitely never made it. Anyways I asked for a supervisor and I was told that I can't speak to a supervisor but I can make a deposit to keep playing and then the chat was ended on me. This is the worst experience I've had with an online casino. Seems like a MoneyGrab for them.
