I think this casino is alright I think this casino is alright, as in, it actually does pay out relatively quickly and my winnings go through to my bank account without hassle. However, I don't like how if you self-exclude because of addiction issues, they let you re-open you account within 24hrs if you chat to customer service. Other casinos are way stricter about responsible gambling, and won't let addicted players access their accounts until the exclusion/cool off time has ended completely. What's the point of offering one month cool of times if the addicted player can just say to customer service "I want to use my account again, I don't need to to cool off any longer", and then they have almost instant access to the account again. Also, I've noticed that whenever I set a cool off limit, I get the same email everytime about how they noticed I stop playing, and that they were just about to put a bonus in my account. I've gotten the same message every time I set a cool-off limit. I find that sleazy because they're obviously trying to tempt somebody to keep gambling even through they know they need a break. Also, I've noticed that you only win with small bets, the second you play anything more than 20, you lose instantly, especially on that cash plane 5000x game. Literally, everytime I place any bet above 20, it tells me my connection is unstable (my internet is good and works well with everything else) but suddenly, whenever I play this game, the connection is bad and the plane crashes and I lose my money. If I bet 50, it's an instant crash. I don't think that's a coincidence.

They kept asking for a photo of an old card I used to use which I no longer have. I gave them photos of recent cards and they still wouldn’t pay out. It’s a scam! Don not trust them!!!!!!!

Well organized scammers I suspect this could be one better and well organized plan for scam. They obviously had enough resources to build the site. I was able to withdraw multiple times up to the amount of €200 which is perfect way of gaining the trust. Earlier site errors and similar was sorted quickly after contacting support, then once I couldn't log into my account then I decided to create new one without knowing it is against T&Cs, but haven't played anything on it. Contacted support about mistake I've made and they said would let me keep my original account. Next time I was about to play I was suspended for bonuses, then contacted them again where another agent didn't even wanted to hear me out nor asked a single question after "How can I help". Obviously I haven't played there ever since and I would advise you to avoid that web place. P.S - I've gave review to their customer service as well, but they don't seem to care about that neither. Also, eventually I've read a lot of bad things about them and found out they wouldn't let you take bigger amount as probabilities are multi retouched. P.S2 - They didn't want to hear or deal with the reason and then talk completely another story on Trustpilot. Guys, do not be fooled! Stay away from this.
